"Megan is one of the RUDEST insurance agents out there. She acts like it's a hassle for her to answer questions or even change anything on our policy. We have 5 cars and home insurance and I will not be using her any longer. Also she is never in her office. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS INSURANCE AGENT!!"
"We are sorry you feel this way, Megan is in the office every single day. Some days she leaves early but is always there. She is always more than helpful and quick to resolve issues. I assure you if you had spoke with her directly you would not be upset, but you probably just spoke with an employee instead and we apologize that you felt they were rude. Please reach out to Megan directly in the morning or by email. She is always willing to help, however this is the first time she is hearing about you being upset. She has spoken with another member of your household and is very caught off guard by this outrage as she has never been made aware of your frustrations. "We had to use our towing insurance because of a breakdown. Our agent, Megan, jumped right on it and took care of every detail. She made it easy and promptly arranged for a wrecker to take our car to a mechanic. Also, State Farm paid the entire bill for the tow. We are extremely happy with our agent and State Farm. They are the best of all insurance companies."

"If you ask them to make changes to your coverage, get their confirmation in writing; and watch your bills like a hawk: ours drifts upward month to month $15 here, $5 there. Asking for help is an exercise in utter futility. The prevailing attitude is 'oh well, you trusted us and we didn't do it. Sucks to be you'. Not the agent I signed up with - State Farm just arbitrarily moved me. I would not sign up with her now, and urge anyone looking to look elsewhere. Exemplifies everything that people hate about insurance people, every stereotype and cliche alive and advertising. *Response* THIS office did not do what I asked a year ago and I did not get in writing from THIS office that I requested the change, so THIS office denies any responsibility for the overbilling. THIS office does not feel THEIR poor documentation procedure merits a poor review. THIS office agreed to inform me in writing of "corporate's decision" but I have to publicly review them to get that, it seems. Insurance is a matter which requires more attention to detail than THIS office appears to care to give. Protect your interests and take your business someplace safe."

"I was in there today being helped by an amazing young lady. She clearly looked sick and sounded worse. I don’t understand who would let their employees come in sick. The service was exceptional and she handled everything professionally. I did not catch a name but she was blonde and very pretty."

We follow very strick guidelines to ensure that no one has anything that could cause either other employees or customers to get sick. We also sanitize the office and office equipment if there is a possibility of covid, flu, strep, or viruses. So I assure you I never make anyone come in, not to mention make them come in if they are contagious especially.
